Log into your VitaliQ account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
